The OP-OWL Family Handbook contains some basic information on OWL values, rights, assumptions and responsibilities, as well as information on program policies for safety, attendance, payment, registration and enrollment, withdrawal, and students with special needs.

Interested in volunteering for OWL?  Our ability to serve kids is limited primarily by the number of volunteer facilitators we have. Read this informational flyer to find out what is involved in becoming an OWL facilitator. We particularly need male facilitators - especially for the middle school level - and welcome facilitators of all genders, religions, ethnicities, and sexual orientations.
